Delivery & Returns.

We are pleased to offer free delivery on orders over £50.  Free delivery on orders over this amount will be applied when you check out.

Free delivery is applicable to domestic mainland UK addresses only.

Delivery will typically take up to 7 working days but we do ask customers to allow slightly longer for delivery during busy periods (e.g. Christmas).  If your order is delayed for any reason we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know.

Delivery Costs

Orders over £50 – Standard Courier Service, up to 7 working days – FREE

Orders under £50 – Standard Courier Service or Royal Mail Service, up to 7 working days – £4.20

Please note: We do not currently ship outside of the UK.

RETURNS POLICY

We hope that you will love our products but if you are not completely happy with your purchase please simply return the unused goods to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or if you prefer a refund provided that the products are returned unused and complete in the original packaging. Unfortunately if the product is not in its original condition we will not be able to issue an exchange or refund. You will need to return the goods to us by recorded post at your own cost. Until we safely receive returned parcels they will remain the customer’s responsibility.
If the goods supplied are not what you ordered or are damaged KERNOWSPA shall have no liability to you unless you notify us of the problem within 48 hours after delivery. Damaged items and packaging must be kept until the problem has been reported and appropriate action taken.
Please note that if you have purchased your products through one of our stockists you will need to arrange your return with them directly.

Cancelling an order

You have the statutory right to cancel your order at any time and receive a full refund prior to your order being processed (please note that orders are usually processed within 48 hours). To do this email sales@kernowspa.co.uk with your name, address and order number or telephone customer services on 01209 482488 with your name, address and order number.
You also have the statutory right to withdraw from the order after it has been dispatched. You have 14 working days beginning the day after receipt of goods to cancel the purchase. To do this email sales@kernowspa.co.uk with your name, address and order number, or telephone customer services on 01209 482488 with your name, address and order number. You will then need to return the goods to us by recorded post at your own cost. Until we safely receive returned parcels they will remain the customer’s responsibility.
