Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using this website.

TAXES

All product prices are inclusive of VAT.

ORDERS

By submitting an order with us you will have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. When submitting an order through this website you are making an offer to KernowSpa to purchase the goods detailed in your order.

This website is only for use by persons 18 years and over. We reserve the right to cancel any order and refund payment where there is a breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.

Once an order has been placed we will not be able to change or add to it. The only change we are able to do is correct any spelling mistakes in the delivery address provided it has not been dispatched, or cancel the order completely.

All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change. A delivery charge will be added to your order where appropriate. Please see our delivery section for delivery times and rates.

PRICES

All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling. All prices displayed are inclusive of VAT which is charged at the standard rate.

PRODUCTS

We take every care to ensure that the description of our products are correct. However descriptions of products on this website are intended only to give a general description of the products and are not intended to be binding. KernowSpa accepts no responsibility for damage or defect of goods arising from incorrect use or incorrect storage (e.g. exposure to direct sunlight or heat) by the customer.

A product may vary slightly in colour from the one pictured on the website as our products are handmade and there may be slight colour variations in the natural raw materials that we use.

Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice.

We aim to display all of our existing products through this website, however occasionally an item will be out of stock and if this occurs we will inform you as soon as possible.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You have the statutory right to cancel your order at any time and receive a full refund prior to your order being processed (please note that orders are usually processed within 48 hours). To do this email sales@kernowspa.co.uk with your name, address and order number, or telephone customer services on 01209 482488 with your name, address and order number.

You also have the statutory right to withdraw from the order after it has been dispatched. You have 14 working days beginning the day after receipt of goods to cancel the purchase. To do this email sales@kernowspa.co.uk with your name, address and order number, or telephone customer services on 01209 482488 with your name, address and order number. You will then need to return the goods to us by recorded post at your own cost. Until we safely receive returned parcels they will remain the customer’s responsibility.

RETURNS POLICY

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please simply return the unused goods to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or if you prefer a refund provided that the products are returned unused and complete in the original packaging. Unfortunately if the product is not in its original condition we will not be able to issue an exchange or refund. You will need to return the goods to us by recorded post at your own cost. Until we safely receive returned parcels they will remain the customer’s responsibility. This does not effect your statutory rights.

In the unlikely event that your KernowSpa order reaches you in a condition that is not fit for purpose you have a statutory period of no more than 30 days from receipt of goods in which to reject them. Damaged items and packaging must be kept until the problem has been reported and appropriate action taken.
